Hire Fee:
- June, July, August - $770 per hour. Minimum 3 hours.
- From January 2, all of February, March, April, May, September & October - $880 per hour. Minimum 4 hours.
- November 1 to January 1 - $950 per hour. Minimum 4 hours.
- A surcharge of 15% of the Hire Fee will apply to the following NSW public holidays.

Staffing:
- 1-10 guests - 1 Wait staff required
- 11-20 guests - 2 Wait staff required

$200 per Wait staff for a maximum 4 hour period. Each additional hour, $35 per hour per Wait staff.

Please Note: The Piquant Kitchen is State of the Art's preferred caterer. Menus have been specifically designed by Executive Chef, Carl Nicholls to suit all styles of dining. If the total catering cost is less than $800.00 it will incur a chef charge of $260.00. In special circumstances and on a case by case basis we may consider allowing alternate caterers. A surcharge will apply.

Alternatively should you have beverage preferences, you can be charged on a consumption basis or packages can be tailoredto your requirements. We have a large choice of fine wines, champagne, spirits & liqueurs with a wine list available on request. Additionally we can source any wine you desire.
Please Note: State of the Art is a fully licensed vessel with staff trained in the responsible service of alcohol. It is our policy not to allow BYO beverage. However in special circumstances and on a case by case basis we may consider it. A surcharge will apply.
Deposit:
A deposit of 30% of the hire fee is required to secure your booking. This can be paid by EFT, cheque or Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Note there is a 2% fee for credit cards.
Where less than 7 days notice is given full payment is required to confirm charter. Consumption bar, time extensions or any other outstanding amounts to be paid within 7 days of charter being completed.
